The Board of Directors of Euro Ceramics Ltd (ECL) announced at its board meeting that they have declared an interim dividend @ 7.5% per equity share of the Face Value of Rs.10/- each. The decision to give interim dividend comes in the wake of excellent results by Euro Ceramics and better prospects for the current year.

ECL is a leading manufacturer of Vitrified Tiles, Calcareous Tiles, Aluminium extruded Sections and premium quality Sanitaryware at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Bhachau (Kutch) with technology from world leaders SACMI of Italy.

Euro has certain inherent advantages vis-à-vis its competitors like strategic location of plant which is equidistant from the Kandla & Mundra port as also from the major markets of Mumbai & Delhi. This makes procuring of raw material and shipping of finished goods cheaper. ECL is a preferred vendor to Institutional Clients and Blue Chip Companies with more than 70% of its turnover coming from Institutional Clients.
