Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. (DHFL), the second largest private housing finance company in India and UAE Sponsorship Centre LLC, a subsidiary of NMC Group, have signed a strategic agreement to work together in the UAE.

With this agreement, UAE Sponsorship Centre will promote and sell all DHFL’s product and services to its customers across UAE.

Mr. Kapil Wadhawan, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, DHFL said “With this strategic tie-up, DHFL will foray into other parts of UAE through the established network of NMC GROUP. DHFL will now be able to offer its products to the large NRI community based in UAE through its tie-up with the UAE Sponsorship Centre.”

DHFL will offer home loans, home extension loans and home improvement loans to Non-resident Indians for buying residential properties in India.

The representative office of DHFL in Dubai provides a one-stop solution to the NRI community who cannot frequently travel to India to purchase property. The company has set up ‘Property Support’ services to help customers identify and purchase property in India. The company also carries preliminary appraisal in Dubai with the help of its representative office there.
