I am holding Bharti airtel @ 341 shall i sell it and agin buy at lower level , what is the short term target. also pls advice on cambridge solution i am holding @ 65.

I got struck in PURVANKARA@145 and BHARTISHIPYARD @290.Should i hold them for short term or exit on rise.Is it advisible to average on dips.pls advise.
