sir i am holding TCI Finance for more than 3 months. i bought 2000 shares at 42. its not moving up or down. its range bound 40 - 46. can v expect any upside in this counter. heard that their power plant is about to commission in february 2011. will this be a positive trigger for this company. from which site can v obtain the information abouy hydro power plants developments. thanks in advance
