My friend says that he initiated following trade on Oct-16 .
Short NF Nov 6100 Ce @ 280
Short Nf Nov.6400 PE @ 215
Total Mtm-495
Hedge this CE & PE with NF
Go long in Nf above 6300
Go Short In Nf below 6250
Target 200 points in 15-20 days.
He did square off on oct-28 as follows
Sold NF Nov 6100 Ce @ 280-117=163(Covered)
Sold Nf Nov.6400 PE @ 215-348=-133(Covered)
Short Nf @ 6250-6035=215(Covered)
Total Mtm- 163-133+215=245 Points.
He says no chance for loss in this Nf Trading Strategy Hedged by Option.Do u give some idea about this trade?.Please confirm me there is no chance for loss in this type of trading ? .
