The following is from August 2010. Not take over
but IPO in couple of months from now. Also,
market cap has changed from 720cr and now
fluctuating around 930cr range.
'Hinduja Ventures quoting at Rs 360 i.e market
cap of Rs 720 crores. It has cash and net current
assets worth Rs 500 crore (Rs 250/share). It also
has a 63% stake in In cable (2nd biggest cable
operator after hathaway) which is planning to go
public in the next 3-4 months. In cable has been
valued at Rs 2000 crore so Hinduja Ventures
stake works out to Rs 1260 crore or Rs 630/
share. Hence total valuation of Hindja Ventures
works out to Rs 250 Rs 630 = Rs 880. Assuming
a 30% discount (Rs 190/share) to the In Cable
stake, the fair value works out to Rs 690/share .'

I bought today 600 Atul @ 183.50.yesterday results announced,result was good.what is the reason its came suddenly down?can i know weekly target of this stock.
can i buy sesa goa around 300.what is the support & strong resistant both of them.
