Can we hedge any stock-future with nifty put option as some stock-future do not seem to have much choice as regards put option.

I am unable to understand one thing.I had a call of IDBI-180. I didn't sell it, how will it get square off? what is value I am going to got, by spot price or by closing price?

Sir need ur advice on :
1) Dena Bank Nov short @139 @140 was carrying since @116. Is it advisable to enter a 160 call to hedge after it breaks 145 on the upside. please suggest an appropriate strategy.
2) Also rolled over DLF (393) and RELINFRA (1100) what are the Put levels to hedge these positions.
