Today there is a corporate announcement from amtek auto's which says that a netharlands based FII has sold 2.12% of their holdings ( around 45 lakhs shares ) out of 6.09% of their total holding. What kind of change it will make in its stock price? Or it is just an usual procedure to inform the exchange about the acqusition or selling?
