As you are saying unitech & bchini are weak , there is a good chance it may slide further, do you suggest to exit from here & enter some other stock at suitable time, ?

The board approves a buyback at Rs 600 a share via tender offer. Chairman Ajay Piramal says the company went in for a buyback as it is the most tax efficient option for shareholders than dividend. “If dividend would be given, the shareholders would get only Rs 103 a share, whereas, the buyback will enable shareholders to get Rs 107 a share. In fact even promoters can tender stock in buyback.”

wat does the tender offer means. also now the share is at 515 and buy back is at 600 then the investors will get only 85 per share. then wat does that 107 means..
Kartik, replies: Hi Manoj, a tender is a type of takeover bid, the value of 107 mostly indicates that the buy-back had been planned a lower level (previously), the stock is likely to open gapup on Monday

sir r u sure that piramal healthcare will have a gap up opening on monday. many tv channels r reporting that they estimated 700 rs as the buy back price and also they r disappointed because they expected piramal to give a dividend near to 100 rs. thanks in advance
