The board of directors of Piramal Health have approved buyback at Rs 600/share via tender offer. Today, a share closed at Rs 515.35, down Rs 27.3, or 5.03% on BSE.
The buyback will be up to 20% of equity, which will be on proportionate basis. The company plans will spend Rs 2,508 crore on buyback.
