I have question about following stock

SEL Manufacturing Company Limited
Current Price is : 41.55
Date 20th Oct 2010
I want to buy this stock now. Will it be ok if i buy it at this price or i should wait. My waiting period is 3-4 yrs.
i was bit worried because it is continously falling despite market is going upside.
