what level one can go short in nifty for 5% gain?

Current Price is : 41.55
Date 20th Oct 2010
I want to buy this stock now. Will it be ok if i buy it at this price or i should wait. My waiting period is 3-4 yrs.
i was bit worried because it is continously falling despite market is going upside.

good morning .....i am confused regarding unitech
i purchased unitech call @4 rs at 97 in cash...now it trding.30 and in cash 87...u advice in this forum that it will see 90 by expiry....then how i get my money back....i think it is better to squared off at 90 levels in cash as decay factor com ein or tke unitech 90 put to hedge...
