hi kartik with regards 2 uflex company has informed bse tht 3 fccb holders has exercide 2 convert thier fccb into equities so company has alloted them 7lac appx. Shares worth rs 10 each to them. Wht does this mean and whether this wll hve positive or negative impact on share

it seems petrol price hike is not helping omcs stock, what is the reason, when BPCL will move up?
