Hi Karthik,
Does Book Value indicate anything?
For e.g if Book value of Karuturi is showing Rs. 8 for last year and it is trading at 34 today. What does this indicate? Karuturi is over-valued?
Similarly is it true in the reverse way if the stock is trading lower than the book value?
