I wish to inform you that effective today, Thursday October 14, 2010, trading of our American Depositary Shares (ADSs) has been transferred from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to the Pink Sheet over-the-counter (OTC) market. The new ticker symbol for the ADSs is ‘SAYCY’.
