I have 1000 shares of techofab engineering bought @ 280. everybody is saying company is good, but price is going down daily and is now @ 220. should i hold , add more or sell?

hmm but what it it gets the licnese then it willl rise...the same thing happenend with me for ioc i exited at 2rs gain only before meeting and it rose 10-15rsthe same day..
pls help me evrytime happend wid me only...
if chances of rising then i can hold...pls look i charts and tell...

Can I sell Aftek & Tanla (both are in 45% loss) holding since 18 months? I can swap these to some other better stock instead of stucking in...pls suggest...
