hi cb, if the book value of a stock is greater than the current trading price,is it a stock to buy?

Hi there CB!
Whats your market expectations for tomorrow. US MARKETS have closed in green, but the rain problem is hovering over the market. Do u expect nifty to correct beyond 4460. I am planning to put some after market orders to bag some good stocks, as I would be be at work tomorrow. Whats does your gut feeling say?
