2 days back bought Rel capital @ 930 & Tata Steel @ 478. When it move above the purchase price.

CB, replies: Hi GBHarikrishna, no. dont think we will see those levels unless there some bad news.. news could be of a swine flu spreading large or no monsoon.. lets see. as of now all looks ok. global queues are also strong today. below 4460 we can see 4380. dont think we will see levels of below 4300 anytime soon.

Thanks for advice, I dint get what u said ... What is the point in Buying a 4400 put after selling 4500 put.. I would make the same profit right.. But will loose on brokerage..
Please let me know if there is a trick behind this as i am new to options.
CB, replies: Hi gururaj, i mean..since markets are likely to move higher on Monday. book profits in the 4500 put and only if Nifty breaks 4460 you may go ahead and make a fresh entry with 4400 put.
