Is there any online trading where I can do margin trading by buying in BSE and selling in NSE or Vice Versa. I think its called Arbitrage .. Am I right?

CB, Shree Renuka is going down :-( Even if it tanks 10 Rs, i ll lose 3500 ... 3.5K for every 10 Rs. ... :-( Yday was gud day for shorting ... Missed all opportunity ...
