Can u tell me about pivot of stock, what are the points that reflect thru pivot ?

hi kartik .. thanks .. i got call from my .. broker ... mahindra n mahindra target of 740 .. is it possible to reach there ,,..? i didnt book yet ...? holding shares at 625 ... last two days cant reach above .. 685 ... if it move 683 saw selling pressure ... ll it move 740 ...?
