"3 years Lock-in period for FDI in realty sector" can we consider it good for reality sector? I am confused as I feel it might discourage FDIs.

Balram pur has gone so down....
i have fut @ 89.40....did not book profit as we were aiming for the target 0f 96+......now what to do?
Also BHEL go to 2500 and again came down....will it be wise to sell around 2480 and purchase again when it comes to around 2450?
