cb,pls explain wt is the impact on banks,if rbi hikes rates.wt is impact if it keeps rates unchanged?which step is +ve& which one is -ve for banks?also let me know which sectors gain &which sectors loss by rate hike,and which sectors effected by no change in rates.
CB, replies: Hi DSP, if unchanged its positive for the banks.. a rate hike is likely to trigger some selling pressure. rate hike is also negative for real estate.
