am watching world index its high point is 158 now its point is 147 and odd in a short time of period we cross this index what you think of it sir

That is THOMSON REUTERS STOCK INDEX it shows 52 weeks high point is 158.04 now today that point it shows 147.94 and todays high it shows 148.34
i watch every day and 52 weeks low it shows 125 and odd
what is this points based on this points globel us dow runing please explin about this
