when i try to order vishal info it shows"rate not in circuit limits"
what does it mean?

I have Finolex Cables quantity 1951 & Austral Coke qty 3 & JINDAL STEEL qty 6 in my Demat Account. Fincable dividend ex date & Austral Coke share Split date is 07/08/2009. So when & where should I get the benifits. nad what about jindal steel split?
