Congrats for the wonderful efforts you guys are doing in getting people aware.
its pawan here if you remember. I would like to know yours views on Indiabulls Real Estate, DLF,HDIL, UNitech in short term. As this sector is still a underperformer down 16 % YOY and sensex/nifty showing gains of 8-10% YOY. With all the financials rallying carrying home loan portfolio companies like LIC housing, Devan Housing, GIC housing, HDFC rallying .. on good set of numbers i simply dont get a feel why Real Estate stock are underperforming with festival reason nearing in india demand is going to increase and Oversupply fears to me sounds overblown what do you say on the same ?? do let me know you views.
