CB....when u see stocks like UBL, UBHL, Godrej,Shree Ashtavinayak,jet airways,venkey's, bajaj auto....they have almost doubled in last 6-8-10 months.... Do u need very good fundamental analysis, news based analysis or luck is also involved????

GOOD Morning...
I was just going through moneycontrol.com. There were several recommendations for Patel Eng. with a target of around 530.
QUES.
Then why the stock not performing? how does it look technically to you? what are the supports and resistence levels?
Can it see 430 in next two weeks?
