i needed some clarification on options... thanks for that e-book you sent... i understand a position is cancelled when u sell the option you have bought... is it the same way for write too? i.e. if u write an option, and buy it back later and the position is squared off??

Sir , I was holding Reliance 1050 Call (bought @ 11 & exited @ 4.35) and Reliance 940 Put (bought @ 13.1 & exited @ 21.50) . So till now cost to cost . Now can I re-enter 1050 call , which is trading @ 2.45. Please advice.
