Reliance infra seems to never cross 1200 mark......do you think it has run high enough to book profits or is it still good stock for long term?

Please tell the Entry price , target price and SL for sujana towers and Surya Roshni?
CAN I INVEST 25 K in each stock? how much time horizon?
And ppl tell can i come out of BHEL future ? its just not going over 2540 decisively or hold it?
