Hi CB,
HCC will open Ex-bonus only,or will start trading at 1/2 the price later in the day..?
Would it be possible to sell it before the ex-bonus impact..?
Or it will start quoting ex-bonus from tomorrow..?

Hi CB,
i bought 1000 shares of HCC yesterday at 143.00. I will get shares in my dmat only on Aug 12. Since the stock goes ex bonus tomorrow i.e. 11th August, will my portfolio go down to half? Because most probably I will not get the bonus? Right? Should i sell off my shares today and buy back tomorrow at ex bonus price?

CB, replies: Hi Merwan, yes. you will get bonus shares after couple of weeks. you can sell what you now have or sell them all together after receiving the bonus shares.
