my question is without stock split how can number of shares are doubled. You can see it in share holding for others there are lot of shares of 50%. How can this happen is it cheating.

Suzlon and Punjlloyd business models are good, Punjlloyd has delivery problem which further worsen with their Debt situatuion, Suzlon faced quality problem.
I still believe these two companies can companies can turn arround any time once they overcome their problems. What is your say on long term?
