Excel Infoways Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved the recommendation of dividend @ Rs. 1/- per share on 2,11,68,779 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, subject to tax.
The Board approved raising of funds through ADR, GDR, Qualified Institutional Placement etc and approved increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 25 crores to Rs. 50 crores.
The Board approved increase in the limit of investment by Foreign Institutional Investors in the Company up to 49% of the Company
