Everyone is saying that PPL's having Right's Issue @ 19.5 are booking profits. While no one is having average price less then 27 after right issue. Then how can they book profits ?? And What to do with IBSEC ?? Should i short it at 26.50 with a target of 25 ??

Arihant Capital Markets Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2010, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 3:5 (i.e. 3 new fully paid up equity share for every 5 shares held.
2. Split of its equity share of Rs. 10/- each into equity share of Rs. 5/- each.
3. Increase in Authorized Share Capital from the present Rs. 7 Crore to Rs. 12.5 Crore.
4. Appointment of scrutinizer for conducting procedure of postal ballot.
Further the above decisions wherever required are subject to the approval by the shareholders.

my question is i had 100 share earlier so now how many share i will be having 160 or 260
