Dear Kartik,
What does it means If some company is Buy back its share for rate shown at maximum rate as compared to prevailing CMP running ,so will it has some chances of stock price to reach the Maximum limit specified date within the period specified for buy back. ( Example: TIPS india present cmp 45 buyback maximum price 75.)

Central Bank of india has approved right issue and so it has increased by 10% so should i enter at CMP? Will it increase more or decrease?
