why did the markets start moving up all of a sudden? is it based on any news? was away for a while, came back and saw market has really gone up from where i left

HI CB,
I wrote to you about GAIL yesterday......it is up 3% , Jindal is also up...i could not have the courage to buy them...:( due to debacle in renuka and MRPL....they are still not moving...and i have missed a very good oportunity to cover my losses......CAN i take JINDAL/GAIL/WIPRO future at CMP....or i have missed the bus.....wipro;s result are tomorrow?
