    Tata Motors global sales increased by 46% in June to 91,608 units on robust demand from both commercial and passenger vehicles.

    Sales of luxury brands from Jaguar Land Rover were at 20,189 units during June 2010, up 47% from the same period last year, said company.

    While sales of luxury sedans of Jaguar brand jumped by 59% last month at 6,776 units, Jaguar Land Rover sales were higher by 41% at 13,413 units, it said.

    Sales of the total passenger vehicles stood at 51,633 units in June 2010, a growth of 53% from the corresponding month last year.

    Commercial vehicles sales were also up by 38% to 39,975 units from the same month last year, it added.

    The Tata Motors Group global sales comprises Tata, Tata Daewoo and Hispano Carrocera range of commercial vehicles, Tata passenger vehicles along with the distributed brands in India, and Jaguar and Land Rover.

    During the April-June quarter, total vehicle sales rose by 50% at 2,49,322 units.

    While total passenger car sales increased by 58% at 1,38,024 units, commercial vehicle sales jumped 41% at 1,11,298 units in the first quarter of this fiscal.

    1) Vijaya bank 30 Shares @ 62.8
    2) Beckons 380 @ 8.41
    3) Neo Corp 30 @ 52.8
    4) Concurrent India 100 @ 29.2

    Hope these are strong bets, throw some light on the above... waiting for your reply..how long to wait to see some good result ?

    Hi Chirag,

    What happens when a stock split happens ?

    The price (proportional) goes up or down ?

    Heard that on the initial days the price goes up and when the additional shares come to the DP of the shareholder , it goes down.
    Is it true ?

    Kartik, replies: Hi Sabu, it depends, in some cases it goes down after the split, in some cases it might go up. As the shares come in DP within 2 weeks time, if the stock has gone up, traders start to book profits which causes it to go down

    as I have studied the fundamental of company is quite impressive but fail to understand why it is in so low in trading zone
