angel broking : In view of a “Flag pattern” breakout on the Daily chart, we are of the opinion that the indices are poised to register
a new 52 – week high. We expect the momentum to intensify once the temporary resistance of 18047 / 5400
level is crossed and there is every possibility that the indices could move towards the Flag pattern targets in the
range of 18500 – 18700 / 5500 – 5570 levels. The said Flag pattern would be negated if indices trade below
17335 / 5200 levels.
Traders are advised to trade in select Large - and Mid - cap counters as long as Nifty holds 5200 level.
