Raising of capital by way of issue of any instrument or securities, representing convertible securities such as convertible debentures, bonds or warrants convertible into equity shares etc. or in any other manner as may be approved by the Board to be issued to promoters / non promoters etc. 3. Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company.
