Why there is sudden fall in Network 18 stock yesterday.. the market was going up yesterday and this stock is still comming down.. what is the reason you see?

Dear CB,
Some people say that BPCL could reach 760s in the short term. What is your idea about this? Is it a good idea to take a CA 720 (cmp 19.30) or CA740 (cmp 11.50)? Let me know. If it is a good idea then please suggest which CA should be taken and what should be the Buy price, Target and SL.
