Have REI agro shares @ 50, now they have come out with bonus shares or rights shares? why did it fall to such levels?

i have mrpl @ 89.50 since 10 months now its trading around 82.
hoec @ 252,
srf @ 238 since 3 years.
alembic @ 53 holding since 10 months now trading around 54/55.
please advise,
please tell me the target and how many days should i hold more ?

While I agree for shorting below 5230 on Nifty, I am checking on HPCL. It has not moved alongwith Nifty in the past few days.
In that case what do you suggest..?
