Hi amay, no as of now seems to be a rumor. fundamentally its a good company. one can enter it for long term.

Cb would u advice entering L&T at CMP of 1791 with SL 1785 and target of 1809 for intraday basis, booked loss of 5/- per share that day in panic, cuz of nifty sliding below 5250
