Hi CB, what is meant by market wide limit?
kindly explain by example if possible.

Kartik, replies: Hi som, Market wide limit is used in futures, its normally 95% of the promoters holding, maximum limit of Open Interest for securities in F&O segment . Open Interest in a security can not go beyond this level.
