Hi CB/karthik,
Yesterday : nifty 4500 pe was at 7.20, nifty at 5320
Today : nifty 4500 pe is at 6.10, nifty at 5280.
Why its value falling inspite of nifty falling, didnt understood can you please explain and also any chance reaching at 27 which is my buy price.

Rupesh its falling because people are not thinking that Nifty may touch 4500 in thin month, so it got very few buyers, hence price not increasing but decreasing.
Simple demand-supply room.
