angel broking : Markets opened on a flat note, witnessed a minor correction, but things improved as day progressed and the
upside momentum intensified in the later half of the session which led the indices to close on a strong note. On
the daily charts, we are witnessing continuation of a higher top higher bottom formation and prices have closed
well above the short term moving averages for the third consecutive session. Hence a pull back up to 17388 –
17233 / 5200 – 5167 cannot be ruled out in the next few sessions. However if indices manage to cross the 17650
/ 5300 levels then we could see momentum continuing and markets may rally up to 17826 – 17900 / 5350 –
5370 levels. Traders are advised to book at least partial profits near 17650 – 17826 / 5300 – 5350 levels as the
hourly and the daily charts are in over bought zone.
