Dear Karthik,
I have been holding one lot of BPCL June derivative purchased at 564. There seems to be a sudden drop in the price to 530s. What do you suggest I do? Should I buy one more lot of BPCL(@540) so that I bring my avg. rate to 547? Do you think this will come go beyond 547 before the expiry?

creast realised loss means that the amount has been deducted from your account.
unrealised loss means, it is today's loss which will be settled after today end of day.
So if you square off you positions now, your total loss will be realised+unrealised.
