What is buyback and what is its impact on share price? eg:-Hindustan Unilever which is going to decide tommorrow on buyback.
CB, replies: Hi Deepa, it depends on what rate the buy back is fixed at. if its at a higher rate, stock usually sees an upmove.

plz help me ...i am under around 3 lacs loss..i mainly trade in futures..
i am very much tensed and depressed and dont know what to do with this loss..
i recently came across this site and did not have any idea of it before...
what i only want now is to cover this loss only if not gain anything atleast ..dnt want to loose my money...
plz help and guide me....
i am stuck in CEntury textile and HPcl fut's from may beginning and they are down.
also before that i had taken few other scripts and as i didnt have much idea ..i sometimes had to exit from them in huge loss as i didnt had anybody to guide like u and sometimes bcs of limit problem..
now plz help me and save me from the loss which i have from last 4 months :(
first i want to get out of these 2 scripts as soon as possible and then i will take scripts which will be suggested by u to trade..
plz tell what to do..i have century at 480 and hpcl at 365...
plz tell at what price/target should i exit from them first.
will be grateful to u if u help me cover my loss.

Bata India, TataMetaliks andMarico. Howdo they look technically and fundamentally for intraday or short term. Pl guide
