FOR ALL WHO STILL OWN REI AGRO SHARES, PLEASE SEE THE CLEAR ANSWERS TO ALL YOU DOUBTS AND CONCERNS.
IT IS NO USE SELLING REIAGRO SHARES TOMORROW, BEING A DOWNWARD MARKET, REIAGRO ALREADY MADE LOW OF 25.55 TODAY, TOMORROW IT MAY TRADE WELL BELOW 30.00. SO THE BEST THING TO DO IS KEEP YOU REI AGRO SHARES, APPLY FOR YOUR RIGHTS ISSUE (only if you the existing share holder apply for Rights Issue, he will be allotted the 2 extra shares for which you need to pay 19.50 each ie. 39.00 rs. extra.
Keep all 3 shares (1 existing + 2 Rights), after the noise of rights issue vanishes and general market start recovering, next days and months, REIAGRO will regain a very good level around 40.00 per share, eventually much more.

The stock went ex-rights today. So essentially, if anyone buys the shares tpday, they will not be entitled to the rights. Existing holders or sellers of the stock will get rights at Rs19.50 per share in the ratio of 2:1. So, hypothetically, if you hold 1,000 shares @ Rs50, and you sell today @ Rs30, you make a loss of Rs20000. But you are entitled to 2,000 shares under the rights at Rs19.50 and your book profits would be Rs10.5 (difference between Rs 30 and rights price) * 2000 = Rs21,000. So, nothing to worry about as thats the way rights work. On the forms, yes you will get forms once the company figures out the shareholders (which should be in the next 2-3 days). Thanks...
