KARTIK, I UNDERSTAND DAT IT WAS DUE TO RIGHT ISSUE. MY QUESTION IS WHAT TO DO FURTHER ?? HOLD OR SELL ?? AND WHAT LEVELS U ARE EXPECTING IN REI AGRO NOW ??
Kartik, replies: Hi Tinnyrocks, I guessed you checked the price moneycontrol.com, try checking now, its closed up by 15%, hold REI for some more time, say another 1-2 months time, it can do well, existing holders of the stock will get rights at Rs19.50 per share in the ratio of 2:1. If you had 100 shares @ 50, and you sell today @ 30, you make a loss of Rs2000. But you are entitled to 200 shares under the rights at 19.50, so you would be in a profit on 10 rs

Now this may sound like a warning bell for investors. As per a survey by India's leading industry agency FICCI, the country might see FIIs pulling out in large numbers over the next six months. The reasoning being that these investors will hesitate to pour money outside the US because of the European debt crisis. And not the equity markets, even the debt markets here are likely to be impacted.
