Are the telecom stocks set for an upmove now? I have taken CA options on RCOM 160 and Bharti 300. Will it ht the targets? Also what about UCO bank and Vijaya bank?

I have suzlon shares which around 1000 qty from the range Rs. 90 to 143.00. I invested my major amount in suzlon due to Beta stock and high volume scrip. But the scrip got down from that level.
Will the suzlon come up above Rs. 200 level.
Can I wait for that level?

What does 30 DMA & 50 DMA (days mving avg) actually indicate about the stock from technical point of view
