what is rsi of a stock and use of it

cb good evening ... cb i didnt book profit at ongc .... ongc crosses that resistance at 1180 today l... what is the next resistance levev .. ll it move further.... how is looking technically....

sycon health care is @all time low my buying is @95 will it again show the level of this in near future or i sold it out
