Sir, in a schem of arragement . Wat wil hapn in merging of a company?.
Wat wil hapn in demerging of a company?. In wat case the stock price wil up?

CB, replies: Hi Vince, depends on company to company. if its good for the stock in long term, will do well. also usually get extra shares of the company once stock price is adjusted.
